Holiday Party Entertainment

While I'm still busily booking Halloween parties (ranging from house parties to corporate mixers), the Holiday and Christmas Party season is already in full swing!

While there are videos already on the site from various shows, as well as videos on my YouTube channel, I still get questions about what a show is like, and how much it costs.

Cost. Let's get the big question out of the way first: Cost. It is best to figure $10-$20 per person for a general idea of the cost of a show. However, that's not a rigid rule. I will try my best to work within your budget constraints without going so low that I can't really make a living (this is my full-time job, after all!).

There are two things I'm known for: group mindreading and wide-awake suggestion.

Group Mindreading. Unlike most "mentalists", I use practically no stage props or paraphernalia. I use my experience as a comedian to engage the group, and then proceed to read minds. The high point of my mindreading show is the Great Group Mindreading Experience: I will sit in a chair facing the audience with just a pad and pen jotting down notes as I feel thoughts coming to me. I will call out a person’s initials and once verified, I will state their full name and a few details about them. I might relate numbers that people are merely thinking of and the names of other family members or the name of a pet.

Then there is Wide-Awake Suggestion: rarely seen anywhere in the world. While I might "put people under" at a hypnosis show, I conclude my regular mindreading shows by having volunteers wide awake, and they still forget their name, get stuck to their chair, and even see invisible pets! Audience members are literally doubled over, laughing so much!

I'll tell you a secret: for some audiences, I will showcase a very strange skill. It stems from a childhood game called “Hot & Cold” where children hide an object and a player tries to find it by asking if they are hot or cold while searching for it. I developed a particular skill for this as a child, to the point where no one said anything at all, and I STILL found the object! Now as a professional performer, I sometimes have an object hidden by an audience member beforehand, and then use that skill to find it.

Curious? Contact me for more information, because the calendar really is filling up fast!
